Damaged Shipments: All claims for damaged parts should be directed to the shipper (RPS, UPS or
freight company) within 24 hours. The shipper will issue a claim and the merchandise will
be replaced pursuant to company policy.
Guarantee: All parts are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days
from the date received. If you are unsatisfied with a part and would like an exchange, refund
or credit, please request it within 30 days. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. This
excludes any printed items (manuals, literature, decals) and large sheet metal (fenders,
hoods, quarter panels) which are nonreturnable.
Disclaimer: Idas Chevs will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by
delays, failures to any other consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, or
for the labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair
of a defective item. Ida's shall not be liable for personal or mechanical damage caused
by the use or misuse of products.
Shortage Claims: If your parts order is missing an item, please notify us within three
days upon receipt of shipment. Check your order as soon as you receive it, even if you
are not ready to install the parts. All orders Ida's sends out are double-checked to
make sure the order is complete. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as received.
Check or Credit Card Policy: We accept company or personal checks. There will be a $20.00
fee assessed for checks that are returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or a closed
account. Additionally, you are liable for all fees and costs associated with recovery of
money due this company whether payment was submitted in the form of a check or charge.
